What is the return policy?
If you ordered by mistake, or changed your mind the return must be made within 15 days with the wristlet intact and not damaged. However, if the wristlet breaks before the 1 week period, send us an email and we'll issue you a refund or a replacement.
Should my Arabella wristlet be stretchy?
Yes. Arabellas are specifically made to handle tension to a certain extent. This stretch minimizes the chances of your Arabella wristlet snapping if it gets caught or snagged on something.
